OK i've tried this 3 times now and when I enter it it says the file I'm uploading exceeds the maximum size. I assume its the pictures I'm attaching however it won't allow me to enter with out the required 2 pics. Don't know what to do?

Save your pictures as GIF to make them smaller in size.

Open the picture you want in ms paint. Then goto file save as. Then Save as Type as GIF.

maybe resize the pics or lower the quality.

what resolution are they and how big is the file size?

How do you open a picture in MS paint? I don't even know what MS paint is?

Maybe you can just email them to someone who can size them for you? I am also not that much of a computer guy either Derek, unless it has to do with Tax programs
