Lancia is 100% confirmed now too and we really need to start getting some lighting organized too, as this show is with the lights dim!

Where is a good place for us out of town guests to stay? Also, where and when are you guys cleaning the cars before the show? I'll be coming in sometime on the friday but I'll make sure I'm there earlier in the day if everyone is getting together to detail thier cars.

Well we can try and set something up for detailing before but you will have time in the venue to clean too, so should be ok.

As for hotels downtown might be most convienent but most are pricey, Sandman might be the cheapest, but closer you have the Marriott, Westin, Palliser, Hotel Arts and Hyatt to name a few. The Blackfoot Inn and a couple on Macleod maybe cheaper options too.

theres a bunch of hotels on macleod trail right before the hillinto downtown taht would be good too...theres a holiday inn with covered parking thats no more than a 5 min drive from the venue

OK Kevin at SCN has informed me that he would prefer if all of the cars register online so if you all could please do that it would be greatly appreciated. Do not worry about the payment at this point, once I find out how much it is I can pay for everyone at once and you can pay me back at the show.

Please go here and fill out the application and let me know when you are complete. The cars are not part of a booth, but put Eurodrivers for the club/crew. We are going to need electricity but not for everyone so we can sort that out after.

Do not worry about the payment at this point, once I find out how much it is I can pay for everyone at once and you can pay me back at the show.

So put anything in the payment field? Won't let my submit it without selecting a payment option.

OK i've tried this 3 times now and when I enter it it says the file I'm uploading exceeds the maximum size. I assume its the pictures I'm attaching however it won't allow me to enter with out the required 2 pics. Don't know what to do?
