Official schedule for the show

Event Schedule

Friday May 5th

1. Exhibitor load-in: 10:00am to 6:00pm
2. Exhibitor display vehicles: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
3. Competitor car load-in: 7:00pm to 11:00pm

Saturday May 6th

1. 9:00am Will Call Opens Exhibitors/Car owners allowed in building through main gate. (hand carry only)
2. 1:00pm Show opens to the public
3. 2:00pm All cars ready for judging
4. 11:00pm Closing time for the public


So looks like the cars need to be there over night so please let me know if this is going to be an issue for anyone now as my list is almost ready to go!!!
