Well we are having a lot of difficulties with getting props and such together for the theme this year and not much support has come our way. We are trying to give our display a poker/casino theme but with the lack of items I am considering pulling the plug and having the cars only. Therefore I am asking for any last minute help that anyone here can offer up for the display, please post up any contributions you can make, thanks.

I asked my buddy about borrowing stuff from his work (Elbow River), but he was unable to.

I didn't want to borrow any poker chips becuase I was afraid of them getting lost/stolen but thanks for the offer. I bought a bunch of semi cheap ones so if they get lost or whatever then it's not a big deal.

I am bringing my table with the poker top, it seats eight, i also have a full poker set that we play with while we are there. DO WE HAVE CHAIRS??? please let me know, if not i will bring my own. DONT DROP THE POKER IDEA.

I dont think we have any chairs, and I dont have access to them. I also have no poker experience so could be interesting. I still hope we can get a few more props to make it look a little better still.....

Yea, not a bad idea to bring some camping chairs, it gets tiring standing up for a long time.

Well thanks to Graeme, Adam, Derek, Wei and Jason for putting in a great effort to get things setup last night. I am not totally finished my car so I should be heading down around 10 this morning. Hope to see lots of you out over the weekend and please feel free to come play a couple hands of poker too

Yea, not a bad idea to bring some camping chairs, it gets tiring standing up for a long time.

Ok well the show was pretty good lots and lots of people coming by to check out the cars (especially the small one ). Weekend had some issues including Graeme's starting issues and my muffler issues but we still did a good jod representing Eurodrivers with 4 awards (Sorry Derek not sure what happened?). I was hoping a few more members would come by but thanks to those that did and big thanks to Jason, Derek, Graeme, Wei and Adam for showing their cars and maning the poker table, err I mean booth all weekend.

Hopefully someone will post up some pics soon!!!
