Unfortunately I can't make it out on those days... sounds fun though, maybe later in the summer or next year if the CSCC does this again! I should definitely attend some kind of class like this before driving on the track...

Tomorrow is BSD (last day of classes) at the UofC and so I will probably follow the lead of my fellow students and get at least mildly drunk in celebration.

Yeah, tomorrow is my last exam, and I just found out I got that job I interviewed for, so I reckon I will be somewhere on the U of C campus enjoying numerous celebratory bevvies :beer: tomorrow.

I can see one typo in that post. You need a Snell M95 (or later) helmet, not M85.

I haven't attended this particular course, but I've heard its pretty good, especially for the price. Even if you can't make the course, you guys should still try to get out to some Solo 2 events this year. The course is not required, although it would obviously help you be more competitive.

The CSCC is also holding the Canadian National Autoslalom Championships in Red Deer in August.

Torque is a very good thing in AutoX. I was talking to a guy who used to drive a TDI New Beetle in Saskatoon, and he was cleaning up in his stock class.
