Sport Compact Nights June 11th
Well this show is very quickly approaching and we need to get our line-up of cars ready so we can get rolling for this one. The show is in the Roundup Centre on Saturday June 11th, open to the public from 3-11pm. The SCN team really knows how to put on a show and was probably our favorite last year in Edmonton. I would love to have a big display so let me know who can and wants to be reppn' for NVD at this first class show!

. When do you have to know by? Just wondering because my birthday is the following day and I might be going out of town.

for shows this caliber you need
full body kit.. changed lights.. modded interior.. stereo.. big wheels.. big drop...
even at shows like this people think a vw like mine is stock... check beyond there are NO vw dtp pics at all!!! only the ones i took!! what a joke..Comment

It may not be a show winner but it is a good start, he has big wheels, drop, strut bar, CAI down pipe, headlight mods. The body is clean. Is it about representing the club or winning the event? Yah of course WE would prefer to look at Daelens car, but we are the minority there. Why not take out most modded cars there that fit in the best and have the best chance of winning trophies? IMO stock bodied VW's dont fit in at this show as you see 20 stock bodied VW's on the way to work everyday. My $0.02.Originally posted by Bora_4_Me
My car last year lost in the VW category to a Mk3 Jolf w/ tv's out the ying yang and I had full kit, big wheels, etc etc. This year I've gone extreme and am looking to win. Got the TV's, the Xbox's, the custom shave, the carbon fibre.. If I don't win... well i don't know what to do next.SimonComment
