  • Multi Club Barbeque

again from the CSCC on the same day as the Solo 2 school so if you prefer burning up burgers than tires....

    http://cscc.speedracer.ca/phpBB2/vie...?p=11023#11023

The CSCC is hosting its first annual Multi-Club barbeque on April 30th. The purpose of the barbeque is to generate awareness in the automobile enthusiast community of the types of events that take place in and around Calgary. A chance for members of various Calgary based club to interact with one another in a friendly non-competitive environment.

Also invited to the barbeque was CARA (Calgary Amateur Radio Associations), our cohabitants at the CSCC Club house, whose members are critical to the functioning of the radio net at rally events throughout Alberta.

Other Calgary and area clubs have also been invited including: the Miata Owners Club, Focus Owners club, Calgary Exotic Owners club and others. I invite the CSCC discipline directors to put together some promo articles about their discipline and have them available for distribution or presentation during the barbeque.

One of the early demo registrants is the University of Calgary's Formula SAE Race Car Team. They will be bringing the F1 styled FSAE competition car that will be representing Canada in the FSAE World Challenge in England this summer.

    The barbeque will be held
from 10:00am onwards on Saturday April 30.

Please spread the word to the members who do not frequent the message board.

    See you there!

    Janusz Komorowski
    CSCC Vice President

We need a full size cardboard cutout of you Blair...

Then we can take it along when you are trapped in the office.

It can have little cutouts for the eyes so that somebody can stand behind it and peer though.

So, should we get something "official" going, probably better than to chance some people showing up at the same time?
