Roll in details are not final yet but I am sure we will have anywhere between 12-10 kind of thing so there will be no issues. I figure we will try for a 5pm meet up or something like that.

I am willing to help move stuff or people. If we come up with a theme I am pretty handy with building things. I have the Jetta and a Subaru wagon so larger things are not a big problem to move. You guys did a good job at WOW with that movie star/Hollywood idea.

Theme Ideas
- Beach theme
- Techno - pick a console or PC game we can all agree on
- Comic book character (kind of overlaps with the movie thing these days)
- Some kind of Sports (beach volleyball)

Who is the target market, teens, little kids (Sponge Bob crowd), adults?
These are ideas to get the juices flowing so to speak.

All you guys need for a display is a couple of smokin ladies wearing next to nothing. Just get ryan to go to Earls or Shanks or whatever and mack some hoe's and convince them to come..


THEN for costumes all we need are the NVD stickers (hopefully even without the .com they'll cover enough real estate)

I'm still crossing my fingers that my bumper will arrive in time....Its being shipped from Montreal this friday..(Or so I am told) It may be a late night mod! (Or day of) And I ended up going with neither of the ones I mentioned before....I hope it stays being the only one in Calgary for a while!

Show is next week, I guess we are not going to do any display just the cars. Will anyone be able to make spec sheets or are we going very very plain??

What time is everyone going to be able to meet next friday. I think if we meet in the West parking lot of McMahon Stadium then we can roll in together clean and setup!!

I think we should have spec sheets, maybe a similiar set up to WOW, but we need the font bigger, and a bit easier to read...Is there a way to get more of those NVD plates as well? Everyone from the last show should still have theirs, but I think there are a few newbs with us... Dom!
CMS had a good idea last show with the "Daily Driver, XXXhp" small decal in the windshield..kinda giveas a bit more respect for the rockchips..
Oh, and German NVD stickers!!

blair i think we should have a meet for this wednesday or so.. ?? as far as meeting the south/west parking lot off university drive (like last year) is good since we roll in not to far away if i remember correctly.. did they say anytime we are supposed to roll in?

i have some meetings friday so i couldn't get the day off so i can meet at like 4or 430ish i'll probably leave work early to clean up the whip.

Well I have recieved the roll in info, nothing to surprising but we have to roll in together or we will not be in the show together. You all also need to remember to get the fuel down to 1/4 tank for the show regulations. The roll in is between 2-10 so if we can set a time to meet and then roll together we should be fine. I have no problem doing a meeting any night after 7 this week. Not sure about spec sheets as we will need someone to help make them and I guess we will be themeless this time around.

Let me know what works so we can get organized at least a little.

I hope I don't throw a kink in any of the plans for meeting on Friday, but there is no way I can do it before 5:00. I have a conference call with some clients from Vancouver at 3:00 pacific time, so it will be tough to get out any sooner than about 4:45ish. Sorry guys, and let me know if that is okay.

edit: Why the 1/4 tank of gas? I ask because I just filled up this morning, and unless I drive way out of my way for the whole week, there is no way I'll be at a 1/4 by Friday!
