Yea, a club install would be great! Should be able to buy the piping separate or have an exhaust shop fab some up. I remember Mark saying he could have ic piping made.

LOL we will have to see about that. I almost bought a new turbo and intake manifold on ebay the other day but being broke and married made me think twice (even though it was only about ~$600 can).

Chad, buy some PVC piping and we can take a day to mock it up.

Let me know what size/wall aluminum you wanna run and I can get you a price... Then it's away you go.

otherwise, check ebay.com or vwvortex.com for an intercooler piping kit... I've seen them on there for around 200 bucks CAD... might be worth it to save time...

I can get silicone connectors in all shapes and sizes too :P

Thanks to all who came out on the dyno day, I think it was a pretty enjoyable day despite a few hiccups. Firstly Qua I did not get charged for you so I guess that means I owe you $45, could not remember if I talked with you before you left or not. Also thanks to those people who signed up and renewed the memberships, your support is very appreciated and helps pay for pizza too!!

There was no AF plots because the O2 sensor is broken so it is something that timing was not on ourside, but I think most of us got more then 2 runs as well. I have tried to setup something with Toma but he is not easy to get a hold of and has never got back to me, but we may try that for the spring dyno day. On a personal note I was a little dissappointed with my numbers of 148.8 whp and 152.1 torque. I thought I would be a little higher but hey I guess that is the way it is.

Thanks again everyone who came out!

i called toma, and i guess its true, he has his dyno outside now... so he can only dyno on nice days. and he doesnt do it much now he says as he has a full time job. there is another place in town, www.tecmotion.ca, i will try them out in the next few weeks, right now they're on vacation...

That seems pretty low for a VR6

NVD should have a top 10 list of hp/tq!

(kinda like this --http://www.ottawa-vdubbing.com/info/top10_2004.htm ...we keep one for every year. Where's the admin around here? :P )

Thats a pretty good idea Flanders, we could do a sticky thread in the performance section even.

Well for my car if you took 174hp stock and gave a meger 6hp for my chip and intake to make a 180 and then you take a 15% driveline loss you get 153 so I am not really far off but I though I would be about 5-10 higher

It is from a guy who posts on the tdiclub all the time so I really wasn't worried about it. But I think I am going to hold off until I have a garage in a house to work in
