Sweet Colin. Yeah, I'm gonna be bringing out the digi-cam too. A cruise through the mountains is bound to yield some incredible photo ops

The sunset will be around 9:30ish. So if we meet at 5:00, that should give pleny of time to cruise down, stop for photos along the way, and grab a bite before cruising back.

Provided the weather cooperates, what say we meet at the COP parking lot at 5ish ?

hey derick tonight i printed some of your shots using photo cartriges and expensive hp paper! holy god 4800dpi and photo cartrides yeilds photos blacks can't match man! my 11x8.5's look like they were professionally done.. i think i'm gonna give some to you for a scrapbook if you make them cuz they are so damn hot! even the 4x6's look insane i'm gonna paste one to my car lol

Sweet Ryan. I haven't ever printed any of my shots before. Usually just have Future Shop do them in 4x6's. You can send them your pics online and they mail them back to you the next day But I've been meaning to print out some shots as well (just got a new Epson printer). On Sunday I'll shoot pics at 8mp res so they can be printed into gigantica mode I'm hoping on getting a rolling shot that can be blown up to like 20"x30"

i printed out the pics of my car on photo paper and mounted/framed them and they're hanging on my wall.

Well I could be down for a little cruise action but I cannot make it till a little after 6, I have to hit up the airport late tomorrow afternoon as my Dad comes home from Italy. So we will see what happens!

We could maybe leave at 6 then.... and head somewhere not quite as far as canmore. I can't stay out too long, as I have a major final research paper due at the beginning of the week. Maybe 6ish at COP like derek said, and then a cruise to somewhere in K-country or something.

I might be down for this. I've been hybernating for a month of so as my stupid car has been on a spare... but I just got my tire fixed 2 days ago so now I'm back into driving mode. 5 or 6 is cool with me.

I'll bring along my camera gear too to get some alternative creative styles going on.

Hmm, why don't we do THIS then to accomodate everyone....

1) Meet at COP parking lot @ 6
2) Cruise out to Bragg Creek and stop at a few locations for shots ie) the ice caves, roadside turnouts, falls, etc.
3) Have a bite in Bragg Creek
4) Cruise back to Calgary

Since Bragg Creek is only about 45km away, it will shorten the cruise for those that have to be back earlier as well as allow us to make the most of the daylight for the video and pictures. Thoughts?
