Eurodrivers Meet – March 2, 2017
· Rod, Colin and Bryan will look at broader situation for this year
· Need others to help out with the smaller tasks
· Danny will look after social media
· Carly will handle events
· Scott will help with events, coordinating calendars, etc
· Tyler and Bart will look at revamping the website
o Add/change sub-forums
o Have a main website that links to forums, photo gallery, calendar, etc
· AGM will be held end of March or mid-April when Blair is here
· Rod and Popp will try to coordinate with Edmonton and Red Deer crews
· Ride of the Month
o Update cover photos on Facebook
· Expand on car diversity/feature older cars that aren’t seen as much on ED
· Avoid group splitting (Scrapesquad at Driven, etc)
· Stay open and be welcoming to new people at meets
· Fix relationships with other clubs
· Add value to the club to grow membership base
· Redirect funds back into the club to go towards events, etc. – transparency in terms of how funds are being used
· Update list of shop discounts, membership benefits, etc
· We need to have presence at Sunday School and they need to have a presence at Into the Rockies
- Already spoke with the illmotion crew and once they have all their details worked out they'll let me know. They will try to have a presence at ITR once dates are set for Sunday School and ITR
· Immediate priorities:
o Marketing
o Show planning for this year
Shows for this year that will require more planning:
· Into the Rockies: Try to coordinate a hotel so that everyone can stay in the same place
We are looking at getting the canopy and flags for the event season ASAP. So if any of you know of good deals on these or have any contacts please PM me and Carley.
