CVD is pleased to announce Das Volks 2016.
More info/details to be announced. Location of main show is Stanley Park (as per usual).

SATURDAY JULY23RD:

10:00AM – 4:00PM: Das Volks Show & Shine
@ STANLEY PARK – 4011 1A St. S.W. Calgary.

** Southern Alberta’s largest VW Show, is held on the gorgeous grass at Stanley Park in central Calgary. Class awards, fun activities for the family and prize give-a-ways. $20 Registration until July 12th. Purchase your Registration with an all-inclusive weekend wristband to save $$! (Wristbands will be released soon!)

SUNDAY JULY 24TH:

10:00AM – 12:00PM: Pancake Breakfast
@ LOCATION TBA

12:00PM ’till whenever:
@ SCOTTY LOGUE MEMORIAL CRUISE – Highwood Pass, Alberta

** We will slowly bring the weekend to a close with the second annual Scotty Logue Memorial Cruise. We will drive down Highway 22 towards, and meander up Highway 40 through the Highwood Pass. Feel free to stop at rest stops to take pictures. We will reconvene at The Kananaskis Lodge for a pit stop/coffee, and then make our way back to Calgary via Highway 1. At this point, everyone will be free to head for home, or join us at the for a pint in Scotty’s honour! Total drive time 3 hrs 45 mins.

I'm in Danny! A roll in sounds great. Perhaps we can meet for coffee/breakfast beforehand. Last year, a few of us met at the Starbucks in Mardaloop before the show. Lots of parking because it's in a Safeway lot.

Nick and Don I'm assuming you are entering your cars in the Das Volks side? Nick are you taking the avant? If so I might just join you guys in the Das volks side. I don't really know anyone in the euro side!

great question Derek. Maybe we could keep each other company on the other side? Think we could park the Porsche and the Bimmer together? I could still put the avant on the other side.

HaHa! Let me know what you are bringing and we can make the decision as to which side to park on. If you bring your BMW maybe the euro side, bring the audi and we can do the VW side!

I'll probably do the Porsche on the euro side. I'll try to convince Katie to throw her cabrio in the vw side again this year too.

sweet. I feel like the Coupe needs some attention so that's what I'll aim for. Jed and I keep missing each other on the phone so If I can get a correction done in time then it looks like we'll be on the other side
