  • Engine Pull Party this weekend

I'm gonna be finishing up pulling the engine on my 540. Me and Laurier (mostly Laurier) got about 50-60% done last weekend, however this is my first engine pull and I cant say I feel comfortable doing it myself without at least some experienced guidance. I dont mind getting my hands dirty and doing the work, just need to know exactly what to do.

If anyone is interested in coming by to lend a hand and some knowledge, it would be greatly appreciated. Beer and Pizza can/will be supplied

I’ll be working on it Friday afternoon, all day Saturday, and possibly Monday if its not done yet. If you are interested, let me know and I can PM you my address.

    Thanks in advance!

It won't take as long as you think, once the front is off the car, there aren't that many things to do. If I have some free time I will stop by. I don't have any experience pulling a beemer motor, but have pulled many AUdi, MGB, Jag, Nissan, chevy, ford motors in the past
I may appear to be nice, but don't be fooled, I probably don't like you

Probably the worst part is bolt(s) ontop of the trans unless you pull it with the trans all as one
unit. If I lived closer I'd help
