Banff Cruise May 18th 2014

Hey guys, I want to get out of town for a day so I thought we could maybe head to Banff/Canmore/Lake Louise do a drive/brunch thing, maybe hit the hot springs.

Thinking meet at the Starbucks at the bottom of COP at 10am for coffee then head from there. There are a couple roads I would like to take that are supposed to be really scenic but I have never taken them before so I have no experience with the road conditions (if anyone does, please chime in) or if you know of another spot we should stop?

I would like to take Tunnel Mountain Drive, Vermilion Lakes Road (I've been down here, great photo spot), beyond that I do not know. Highway 1 out 1A back or something. We can figure it out when we are sipping coffees.

Okay, I'll head down tomorrow morning, my car is under lock till 7am since it lives in a storage locker till my garage is built. I'm going to be slightly after 10am, so if you can hold off a bit it would be great. I'll confirm departure in the morning.
