Think about all the people who check their mail at the last minute, or who don't re-check this thread... they are all gonna end up at the wrong location. Haha very amusing, except if I was new and I showed up a bit late at Heritage and there was no one there, well I would just forget about NVD and stop visiting the website altogether...

The email was not sent by me, and the meeting is still at Westbrook BPs despite what anyone else might say.

Yep - I sent out my own April fools joke to the office this morning, but I figured this was legit because I assumed no one would be dumb enough to make a fake meeting change notice. Meets are confusing enough without trying to send new members to the wrong restaurant.

I suggest an admin corrects the problem with another email explaining that it was an attempted joke.

I agree completely. Someone should DEFINITELY send out a note saying this was a joke... not a very good one either. I would be pretty pissed if I showed up at Heritage because of that email.

good thing I read this thread all the way through, I even went and got directions from someone how to get to the heritage bp! Seriously, if I had gone there I would abeen mighty pissed!

me! problems? lol, i never played a joke on anyone before on apr 1, not bad for a first one huh? i will swing by heritage at 8pm and see if anyone actually showed up, and i will take them with me to westbrook if so, lol.
