I'll help out again this year. I think we should have a more formal registration this year, such as pay your fee ($5?) and then place a piece of paper on your dash with your name, year, make and model. Would make judging and awards a little easier.

I agree with Ryan, but to each their own. If some people don't want to be judged then I'd say it's as simple as not putting a card on the dash with the yeah/make/model, etc. Either that or just write "do not judge" or something on the card haha.
Well I thought we always have had formal registration in the past (I do have an excel file with the templates, judging sheets and master registration list I can pass on to someone). The do not judge box is an idea but I am not sure why people are so concerned about that, it is not embarrassing to enter and not win, you are all supporting the cause and the scene so the more cars registered and participating the better the event. Very few of us go to these shows to win, we go to have a good time and enjoy the day with like minded people. When the vast majority of the entrants are daily driven vehicles we are not in a crazy intense show car battle, just a fun show and you never know how a category may shape up.
