I agree, there are only so many paying people we can recruit, and if we want events organized then we need cash on hand.

That being said, the initial membership cost should be more than the renewal fee, just to reward the people who stick around instead of getting a membership then disappearing forever. Maybe the renewal should be half or something like that.

We should check cards at official events (except meets) and get all our sponsors to do the same.

Dale up in Edmonton can be our incentive for renewals. If you don't pay, he "pays you a visit".

Well I think we will adopt a $20 renewal fee for your continued membership to NVD. The incentives come with continued discounts that will be always changing and Ryan in his "dooks" and Dale not paying you a visit. We want to continue to help the club grow so we will need some funds to do it.

Ya the renewal rate is fine and probably well needed.

I think that we need to "discuss" more at meets. I guess there hasn't been much to discuss...

if anybody wants to use my vag-com let me know and i'll bring it.. i don't know much about it but helping you should help me learn.. tonight i cleared my only FC.. no radio detected lol

I have played with the software quite a bit but a lot has changed in the newest version that I haven't had a chance to play with yet so I can help if needed also. Also if anyone wants to buy a Vag-Com system let me know and I can bring one to the meet. Right now the new key-com and key-usb are the best bang for the buck as they have the software registration built in so it makes it a heck of a lot easier to change computers you want to use it on.

hit crowchild south and follow it until you hit glenmore take glenmore east and then stay on glenmore all teh way until deerfoot and right after the deerfoot turn off get off onto heritage drive.. from there go straight past the A&W on the left and go up to the lights take a right follow for a few minutes and you'll see the BPs on the right again
