So a few weeks ago someone suggested moving to Seanachie every week over the winter and this Sunday is supposed to be cold. Everyone in favour of making the switch for now? Finding a second place to go for breakfast could be alright too.

I think it's a good idea given that Starbucks in Deerfoot Meadows is too small a lot of the time.

I came across a nice spot recently. Caffe Artigiano on Richard Road right near Glenmore Audi. 5010 Richard Road Southwest. It has a big parking lot in a business park beside MRU and is not very busy on the weekends since the offices are all closed. The caffe itself has a lot of seating with some large tables if we wanted to get out of the cold.

Another option for those who don't want to do breakfast every weekend.

Yes!!! Since I live in the area, I've been to this Artigiano and can attest to the fact that there is a ton of seating and parking available on the weekends here. That... and Artigiano is the best coffee in the city.

Personally, I like the coffee events more than the breakfast since they're more cost effective and casual to attend for most. Probably wouldn't attend weekly breakfast events much over the winter since I eat breakfast way before 10AM however, I'll leave it up to the Sunday meet "regulars" to make the call.

Good suggestion Dave!

Was just thinking, in addition to the parking (see link)... it's also:
- Close to Glenmore Audi for after coffee lot-lurking
- A 1 minute drive to the Tim's there for folks who want the "good" stuff LOL and
- That traffic circle! ie. Snow + ESP OFF = fun!

Glad you guys appreciate good coffee! I didn't want to come across as a coffee snob but this is some of the best I've tasted.

I was thinking the same thing as Rob about the proximity to the Audi Dealer. Always nice to check out the new cars on the lot.

I say we make it for this Sunday.

My favourite there is the spanish late, simple and delicious. It is not a cheap place though.
