Nope

Effective June 1, 2009 all travelers must travel with a Passport, Passport Card, Enhanced Driver's License or Enhanced ID Card (EDL/ID). Children under age 16 will be able to enter with proof of citizenship, no photo ID required.

Yes if you have a pre-booked travel date and pay the extra you can get them in a couple of days if required, you have to go to Harry Hays though, South location does not do express.

We left the parking lot at 730am last year and got to salt lake at 915.......as long as Colin doesn't stop to get his windshield chip fix we'll be good.
