Ok so we established the logo . now this is the thread to continue the organizing of the event ... the low riders are on board ... i need an update on website and prices on the t shirts . also any word on hotel prices Rod ? Tyler please pm me a cost on the stickers .

Do you have any info on attendees for the last few years, also if we are again going with the Ronald McDonald House for the charity. Any info like this is helpful to try and get a better deal for us on hotels. Website domains are purchased. Who is looking after the creation of the website?

I was going to go after the hotels starting next week.

Posting the QR code here now. This can be modified to add other info also. Qrafter App for the iPhone and iPad works best at reading the calendar info.

Ryan is supposed to do the website, so hopefully he will be back from holidays soon so he can start on that.

I would like a simple teaser site up and teaser promo materials for World of Wheels in February, my thoughts anyway.

guys i honestly i have no time for doing a website up.. anyone else? i'm in after hour training courses for the next few weeks and literally have no time to do side projects (even fix the stupid s4)

For shirts, we need to decide what logo we want on them, I can do them for relatively cheap but they are only the vinyl ones so can only have 2-3 colors tops not as intricate because they have to be weeded.

I can get you the logos. One uses two colours and the other uses 3 three. What format do you prefer them in? EPS, AI, PDF, JPEG, PNG...

We have selected the GT40 Autounion logo so I think that would be ok for shirts, maybe just white and black to keep it simple.

Anyone else able to help out with the website? Just wanting a simple teaser page at the moment. Rod and I are looking at flyers so perhaps when that is set we can get someone to transfer that idea to the page, for now at least.

FYI,

I called the Ramada and they gave me a "discount price" of 129.99. So I'm gonna be calling to the other ones that are close by. At the very least I might be able to put some pressure on them to give us a better price.

Chris do you have any numbers from last years Euroquake. Number of attendees for the last few years would be good for example.
