help me split up the show into various positions and then we need nominations and next months meet we will decide the persons to take on said positions

Well we did some organizing last year and for those interested we have picked August 17-19 as the official dates and we are working on a new name as we are wanting to expand the show to more brands and groups; so far the best suggestion is:

Euroquake presents: AutoUnion 2012

Please feel free to comment or make new suggestions as we would like to begin the branding as soon as possible.
