Euroquake 2010 August 14-15

After a few issues and conflicts we have adjusted the Euroquake weekend to be August 14-15. The format will be similar to last year with a cruise on the Saturday and party in the evening, with the show taking place Sunday at the Nossack Meats Facility.

We are in the process of setting up the hotel for stays on Friday and/or Saturday nights for the Edmonton and Calgary attendees.

More details will be posted as we line them up.

I'm there for sure, the rest of my summer gets scheduled around EuroQuake not vice versa.

Where is the cruise going? What kind of setup is being planned at Nossack? Where is the Saturday night party going to be at?

If you guys need a volunteer for anything I'm in as well - setup, judging, selling tickets, etc.

Yes i know we had some mess ups on the dates . but the final date is defiantly the 14-15
of aug. any conflicts at his point will have to be ignored . it has a lot to do with our primary sponsor . and hotel dates available . so we are good now . and trust me guys you want to arrange for this date it will be a deadly show . .

I think the cruise is going to be very similar to last years, with maybe a different stop instead of the little town. Nossack has a big field, lot and building so I think we will have some setup options, but Chris can clarify. I think the hotel will be the North Hill Inn and the party at the Wild Bill's Sports Bar.

We were originally planning for the 14-15th, then when we got to the hotel stage it was better for the next weekend so it kind of got pushed to the 21-22nd. After some discussion and the reaction yesterday we decided to go back to the original choice and work on the hotel a bit.
