    Sad Faces

    Sitting at the VW dealership just north of salt lake. Broke a CV joint leaving a gas station -__- luckily we were only like 7 miles from the dealership, and they were effing awesome. Had the car in right away and got the parts ordered up. This is how VW canada should be run.

    New axle just came in as im typing this, so hopefully on the road in less than an hour and in vegas before midnight.

    Huge pics bud...damn, we dont have 40" TVs as monitors.

    But sucks to hear about the shitty luck, get that ***** on the road ASAP and have fun.

          Yeah sorry about the huge pictures.
          So that axle i was speaking about earlier was the wrong one. We had originally ordered a mk3 vr6 axle, which ended up being the wrong one. It was like half the size in diameter, but was the right length, and the spline was too big. Called around everywhere, Laurence from CAW said it was a mk2 axle with a machined hub. Everyone else thought it was the mk3 vr6. So we were about to just take the CV joint from the mk3 vr6 axle and put it on the one that was originally in there, but the mechanic said that he might have another axle at the other dealership, so he went out and grabbed one, it was actually a 2.slow axle, and it was exactally the same as the one that i managed to disintegrate. Props to Ryan and all the others at Cutrubus VW; couldnt have made it here without you!

          PS Sorry to Collin and Tyler for my little freak out at the security b1tc4 earler. Today was not my day.

                Sorry for leading you in the wrong direction. I bought that axle like 2 or more years ago. I was positive it was a VR6 axle. Perhaps it was Corrado VR6 or something?

                Either way, glad you got it fixed.
