i forgot how loud and slow most hondas were haha.

the dude with the mitsubishi lancer....i wanted to break his headlights. talk about HIDs not meant for stock headlight housings and poor aiming. i had to flick my rearview mirror and move my side mirrors when he was behind me so i could see properly.

all in all though was a good cruise.

I knew that I wasn't the only one, I was banned from beyond probably in part for my huge HID crusade.

i run HID's in my car, but at least i bought the right projector housings with the cutoff so they dont blind everyone on the road.

I thought it was for the tinted windsheild?

no no no. That car is long gone. (green BMW 323i). My current car only has 20% on the sides, way lighter than 10% and 40% windshield.

That's it exactly. I did a complete retro in my old 323 (halogen to projector HID).

It's the retards that stuff 6000-8000K bright blue HID in their reflectors that bug me. Blinding, and doing the opposite of what they are trying to achieve (brighter headlights)

LOL it's just beyond! I found it amusing winding people up over the most little things. I had some very funny posts I've been told, but yeah, that's why. The demographic is ricey p.o.s cars, and the owners think they're king sh*t.

I have a euro car, and it's a better community here, etc etc.

Yeah, see, the whole tinted window comment i made earlier, oh man! **** + fan + jdm fanboi's = you can only imagine the stuff.

fully agree with you though, for the most part, there are a few nice cars on there.

i have 3 accounts on beyond, none of which i use, all of which i have forgotten passwords too.

i just tried going on there today and it came up witha new username i forgot even making. must have done it from work haha.

beyond reminds of of revscene in vancouver except the cars aren't nearly as cool, but the @$$holes and egos are bigger

I've been on Beyond for about 8 years now... OG Status! I find you just have to take everything with a grain of salt, and hope that the newbies govern themselves accordingly.
The mods and longstanding members as a whole are pretty good at weeding out the unwanteds. I think you find that most of the older crowd are quite friendly once you prove you arent just another lippy young punk with an internet ego.
