What's this meeting all about ? I thought everything was sorted. Shilo Inn on either 1st or 2nd depending on whether you're taking 2 or 3 days to get there.

It's just an excuse for an additional meet, and just to get everything worked out about who is riding with who and all that schnazz

also these meets allow for everyone to see who they will be travelling with so they just don't show up and have to meet everyone
