            Awesome pictures all around.
The cruise down from Edmonton was fun. I think we probably had about 20 cars in the pack? There probably would have been more but I think the weather may have dissuaded a few of them.
All in all, it was a good time. Got to meet some people and put faces to the names. Although, I couldn't believe how cold it was.

BTW, Howard, Ian, we may have left a little too early. As it turns out, I won 2nd place for "BMW - Other" and wasn't there to claim it.

Orvis, you were driving out of the parking lot as your name was called.

I had a good day, although it was a bit cold.

(Sniped one of the pictures of my car as an avatar by the way, thanks.)

                  How embarrassing on my part.
When they called out the winners for the BMW 84-92 category, I thought it was over as that's the category I thought my car had been entered in. I didn't even realize there was a category for "BMW Other".

BTW, Howard and AllGo'n'Show, would you 2 mind terribly if I borrowed a few of your pictures to post on Bimmerforums?

                  Thanks,
                  Peter

                        Re: Euroquake 09 Photo Thread

Well this seems to be the wrap up thread with pics so I will post a few of my comments here. Firstly, big thanks to Chris and his family for planning and putting on another fantastic event. The whole weekend was planned well and I think most everyone had a good time so big congrats to all those involved.

Obviously the weather was less then spectacular yesterday, however I was a bit disappointed that we did not have a few more cars as we pretty much maintained the same level as last year. That being said the level of the cars was amazing some gorgeous cars that I wish I had a few more minutes to take a look at.

I also apologize if I did not get to talk with everyone that wanted to and I know I missed at least one person who wanted a membership (PM me please and I will get you hooked up) was just a bit busy trying to keep the registration and judging organized.

Peter, sorry about the confusion on the categories but your original category had some strong cars, but we still really wanted to recognize your ride so we moved you around a bit!

Again thanks to all who came out, helped out and hung out as these shows are for you!!! I think we keep learning as we do these so I can only imagine next year will be better than ever!!

No sweat Blair, it's my fault for leaving early anyways.
Incidently, who won 1st place? The 2002? That would have been my choice. It's a very beatiful and clean car.

+1 on George's R32. It was a piece of art. I hope it won best in show.
