Ok so now that wustefest is behind us we can get on with the task at hand .

If you havent heard we will be getting a even better deal from the Hotel if we meet our quota of rooms and i dont think it will be a problem . we are half way there . so get your rooms booked http://www.euroquake.ca/hotelinfo.htm

We have a lot to do but it will all be getting done with lots of time to spare this year

Ok so we have some problems already please be nice to the front staff at the Red Deer lodge on the phone . we have had someone be most rude in regards to our rates and how expensive they are ....they are the best rate in town for a non motel . if you really want to stay at a 56.00 per night flea box feel free but our rates were 99.99 ber night and will be dropped yet again soon . (i suspect to 89.99 ) so lets be grown up about this . thats the end of this discussion . please dont reply to it .

The Sharks garage bar is allowing us to play euro videos on there screens and have offerd to close the bar to the public . we have a vip area upstairs and will have good pub grub the night of the quake .

If you can think of another euro based club in alberta (AMG CLUB,BMW CLUB,Smart club, things of this nature) or there forums it is time to start whoring . i will be getting in touch with some of the dealerships and offering space for them to display a few select new models .I also am offering vendor space ( verry cheap if not free depending on what they want to bring to display) so let your favorite shops aware

i am sooo hung over today i cant even work ,
stay on topic here , design of the flyers . we have a good flyer but if you feel you can do better post them up by tuesday and i will decise if i will print yours as the posters and hand outs .
