Same goes for me, I can help set up and give rides and whatnot but from previous experience what is probably needed most is cars.

I have a truck we can use too which in past years would have been nice.

The website says $50.00/car and 20$/additional car from same owner.

Blair will let us know what the deal is for WoW 2009, I think we can only have so many cars but I dont even know who even is confirmed.

Nothing new to report yet, still waiting on the number of spots to decided who is in but I am going for 4-6 spots.

I think the fee is $50 and the $20 is to keep points for more shows so we usually pass on that fee.

I did merge the meeting thread with this WoW one, I will create a regular monthly meet one.

You can usually pay at registration when the show starts or if they want it up front I can cover everyone and then you can get me back.

i think to be safe taking option #2 (you covering) would be the safest.

and then of the 4-6 people your wanting can get you back.

OK I have heard back and there is room for another club so we need to get our 6 cars together and get the apps done as soon as possible. We should hand them as a group so I have a PDF I can email to those interested and then you can send them to me or we can have a meet in the next few days.

We also should come up with a quick theme to help decorate our space, input is much appreciated.
