          I guess I was just wondering if the only cars on display had to be those competing... but you answered my question.

          The more cars on display - the bigger the show looks, the better.

          Im trying to get a couple bimmers to come down with me, and maybe another VW

              It might be a good idea to submit some photos etc to performance auto and sound magazine (PAS mag) as they do a lot of Canadian show coverage.
