The show did turn out great!! Great to see everyone down there... It too bad I missed the cruise home, I had to get home for family dinner plans..

The only thing I would add for next year, is more events or other entertainment during the show... The dyno was cool, but you can only watch that for so long. Oh. And a bank machine if there is food/drinks for sale. It was easy enough to scrap together $2, but it had some people running around.

Yeah, I only had plastic so I was starving for the entire day. After the cruise, I pretty much emptied out the entire fridge because I was so darn hungry!

My gf was laughing at me because my cheeks and nose were slightly red from the sun. I have a raccoon tan from my sunglasses.

Great show. I must say that the grey BMW 335 with the nice hood and a bunch of other mods was my pick for best in show, exotics not included of course. My only complaint is the dam rock chip i got on the way down. Windshield is only a month old. Anyway see you in Red Deer next year.

yep that 335 was insane.. the white e46 m3 edged it only because of the CSL conversion that was done.. that was damn impressive work!

oh one thing that i was a bit confused by was that no R32s showed up.. i was thinking we'd see at least 1 there.. ahh well next year there will be about 25 lol

Yea, there were 3 or 4 at great Canadian this year, likely due to proximity to the border.

Being my first time to a show of this type, I was impressed with the quality and quantity of Euro vehicles, and exotics.

Even though my forehead looks like a tomato , it was certainly worth the trip. Unfortunatley I missed the ride home as I had to leave early. It was pretty neat to see all the rides cruising up the highway.

Does the Calgary club generally go cruising when they meet? (will there be a cruise on the Sept 4th meeting?)

Next year, you should definatley get a few more activities on the go, just to kill a few more hours of the day. One of those Mist tent dohickies to cool down would have been nice.

130 cars is a significant number.....put a dollar value to that many cars I suspect one would be quite surprised.
