hoping to have the start time at 11am, one or two guys are coming down from E-town to join in the cruise, 10 am makes a real early start for them.

Man I wish I could go... damn work.

One pointer though, for those who don't already know, the valley leading into Longview going southbound until after the bridge south of town are places NOT TO SPEED AT ALL.

Dwight, the not-so-friendly county-mountie is a douche with nothing better to do than pull people over and write up exorbitant tickets. He likes to hide behind the big sign at the Esso. Plus the town is a school zone (and because it's rural starts earlier than in the city) so the tickets are even more severe.
