Pretty happy as I got an award for what I like most about the car.

Lawrence's Brother (John I think) got runner up for best Audi and Chris's TT got best Audi.

The E30 M3 in their booth got something too, I think runner up for best 3 series. The turbo'd E46 M3 took best 3 series.

Das Auto took best team or whatever the award was which wasn't too surprising as they were reppin' pretty hard.

Best exotic was the FI'd Lotus.

That's all I can remember.

Not sure how that lotus won, it looked dead stock, even if they added a supercharger to it, thats not a lot of mods compared to some of the other cars at the show.

Wow some great pics there, I love that one of the Smart wheels, sweetness!!!

Anyway a big thanks to everyone who had a car in the show, came down to help out and also those who came down to just check out the action. The show was pretty big and shows were things are going as so many of the cars euro and not are getting very heavily modded these days, some very impressive rides.

I am still not sure on the Lotus, I know they are not so common but hard to put a 60K car against many that were in the 100K+, I thought the SLR was a shoe in for exotic. Also with the jump in Euro cars I think there might still need to be a few more categories as things like Porsche's seemed to have enough to warrant an award.

Overall I was happy with the show and I hope it helps the club to continue to build and get some of you to step up and join the shows and keep the mods going. Also big congrats to Jason for his win and Chris and the Das Auto crew for repping big time and taking the euros to the top!

And don't worry I wont leave the club and join my high roller friends, but I was invited to cruise with the Ferrari when I have some time

Big thanks to those that put the cars in last minute too, Mitesh for letting us use your car and Simon for bringing it by last minute.

Also, Blair deserves some major props for drumming up the interest and getting the club in, plus having to drive 3 cars from the show. The Mini looked SO awesome rolling out, camber/poke/dish for the win.

Snipa, do you think you could send me a full res of the first pic? Those are some awesome pictures.

For the Euro's, there was Best 3 Series, Best BMW, Best Audi, Best VW, and Best Euro from what I recall and some had 1 award and some had honorable mentions. I guess the problem with the Smart is lack of interior and engine mods, but the engine is pretty difficult to make pretty and the interior stuff is a big investment, but it still was very popular, the wheels and stance make it a crowd pleaser I think.

Fiat was a pretty cool car so it deserved some kind of award. Not sure about best euro but maybe runner-up or something.

They should keep working on their judging I think.

Its the Fiat Coupe, I have seen it before, brought over from the UK I believe.
