Great Canadian is in Vancouver, the CVD show is in Stanley Park and called Das Volks.

well i have already found it easier to get the guys to come with me when there wives found out its vegas , they were all good to go . the heat is not that bad thats why i wear a speedo ...lol bad image im sorry .
anyways i already have 7 confirmed from here , and we are meeting up with groups along the way . should kick ass

There is also the Air Riders shows that will be happening as well, we are in the works of planning all the dates. I have not talked with any of the exec members from CVD about doing FarFrumHome in Sylvan Lake this year but it will be in the works so that CVD and the Air Riders can have a gtg.

As for shows that I will be attending, I think im probably gonna hit up Levenworth this year now that WaterWagens is cancelled.

Im so pissed WaterWagens isnt gonna happen. I really enjoyed last year show. Especially the cruise from Vancouver to Seattle.......HOLY **** WAS THAT FUN!!!!!!!!

if you think the cruise to waterwagens is cool you should check out leavenworth. its literally 3000km's roundtrip of that.
DCI is the only bigger shitshow i have been on with that group. Same guys, same general area. We wound of having the highway patrol close the highway and set up a roadblock that resulted in every VW being pulled over.
Some asian couple down from Vancouver on a weekend shopping trip got pulled over with us and read the riot act. Another 3 made a run for it by ducking off the highway and hitting the backroads. Cops put up a plane to try and find everyone. Such a shitshow.

Im not gonna lie, when I hit 180km/hr I got a little nervous...especially during that little sprinkle half way in. I was in the middle pack for the entire trip.

I was a little quicker on the way back after I got my ecu flashed at TKO Motorsports

last year...dont think anyone, there may have been 1 or 2 odd ones handed out. out of 600+ cars.

The DCI cruise no one got tickets, everyone got warnings after a 1 hour break at the side of the highway while i **** you not 11 cop cars arrived and each officer had their turn yelling at everyone.
They took down every drivers info and license plate # and we were warned if anyone got called in, or they pulled us over again it was straight to the judge.

Anything over 100mph in washington is an automatic trip to the slammer, so we try and keep it under that for the most part. Leavenworth last year on the cruise down dejan and I were well above 200 for a stretch of empty interstate.
Average cruising speed with the VR group is usually 120-140ish...and its nice cause everyone is real safe, no one cuts anyone off, if you come upon cars you slow down, wait for them to move over and continue on your way. I feel way safer with them than i do on the stupid aircooled run cruises here that do 20 under the limit and you have people darting in and out. Just asking for problems

meh.. waterwagens was a let down anyways.

it was a boring show imo. It might have just been that year was shitty, because lots of people said it has been alot better before.

But either way, GTG's are much better then 'Shows' anyways.
will definatly be doing Leavenworth and GCVW
