Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good drive out of the city... Just have a lot of free time right now and would like to see some good scenery (as good as it gets during winter i guess )...

Re: bored tons of time to kill
Well, it depends on what you like to see, or how you like to drive.
West to HWY 40 and south to Kananaskis.. west again on Smith Dorrien Spray trail and and down into Canmore and back.
OR
If you like to drive out of the mountains... take highway 23/24 south from Carsland to Vulcan - then west back to Hwy 2.
nice drives... hills, turns and good scenery.John

Re: bored tons of time to kill
drive to golden and back. that'll get your heart pumping. One of the best drives hands down is golden to chase, and mt baker highway.
That is if you enjoy high speed turns and crests.Team Highschool
