2008 Show Season
Well I know this is very early, but after the disappointing 2007 season I would like to look at making a much bigger effort in 2008.
The longest show and one of the biggest for exposure is the World of Wheels, primarily a muscle car show but it has tens of thousands of people coming through which really brings a lot of interest. Last year was the first year in several that we have not attended and I do not want a repeat of that for 2008. We have a lot of great cars and some huge variety now with lots of TTs, Kris' Cayman, Simon's Saab, many dubs new and old and even a funny looking Smart. There should be no way we cannot get 6 cars together to make a good show this year and I really want that to happen.
The show will be from February 22-24th 2008 so I want people to start thinking about it, apps need to be in early and I am going to be away for 3 weeks over Xmas this year so I would like to be in a good spot before I go.
There is also thoughts of taking the Alberta wide meet and shifting it to a proper show in the Red Deer locale, with the help of Das Auto Haus coming on board as a title sponsor for a province wide Euro show!
Anyway just want to get the thoughts and ideas flowing to make 2008 the bigger and better year for Eurodrivers.

but I think it would be interesting to have a plasma setup with scrolling clips/pics of the club, and all the clubs cars. That would give an opportunity for those who don't physically have their cars at the show, to get some run.
