Last year we grouped the models together as best we could. All the MkIVs ended up in the same area. But if you all want to be together in a tight group, I do suggest you show up together at the same time, sometime before 11:00AM. After that, no guarantees.

hey guys...i am pumped for this event...i think we should meet up somewhere central before and cruise in together....is there any sort of entry fees or anything...i dont know what is goin on?!? i am slightly retarded!

umm Farfromhome had like a 10dollar entry fee if you wanted to 'enter' you car.. i dunno what the prizes were cuz i ended up leaving early cuz i was too damn tired.. so bring a chair to this event cuz standing all day sucks ass so bad.. you can still show you car for free though dunno if you can win stuff or not though..

Umm, you can't show your car for free. It says right there on the flyer Peter posted, $5 for members, $10 for non-members. "Members" would be people who hold a valid CVD membership card. We don't charge to make money. We charge to break even. Things like a business license, event insurance, park rentals, etc, do cost money.

We have lotsa prizes to give away, from Tim Horton's gift packs to, most recently, stuff from Momentum Motor Parts (Shhh! That's a secret! It's still not confirmed, but looks really good).

We're also giving away category awards. I don't have the logistics of that - I'm just the PR guy. Probably "Best MkIII, Best MkIV, etc).

And ya, always bring a lawn chair to a car show. In fact, bring two and drag your girlfriend along. I think we still have some little, tight girly t-shirts for sale. Hot pink! I'll make sure Peter gets one for free if he promises to wear it all day at the show. :mrlaugh:
