I got 2 smaller portable propane camping grills that can be taken up to Gull Lake. Good enough for dogs and burgers but you could only cook about 12-15 at one time. I'm probably going too be stuck working though and won't be able to make it to the meet. If anyone is interested I would meet in South Calgary to lend out the grills and a couple of propane tanks.

I would say we could meet somewhere like the Tim's on McKnight or Deerfoot mall, a location along the route will probably be best.

I think we would plane to arrive at Gull Lake around 1pm and meet up with the Northern crew.

That could work out, but I will need someone to help with that as my car is somewhat limited on storage space

When all folded up they are each about the size of a large board game. Should be easy for anyone to fit in their car, except Blair you might need a trailer for them or something. lol

Yes thats why we are trying to have a BBQ or something to prevent people from running off for food!

I'm down, and for more than 15 minutes. Haha. Okay so let's see a sign of who all the people are going to come, I mean those who are firmly going to attend. That way we can decide the best meeting place, whether it be further North, or not.
