2nd Annual Eurodrivers Alberta Wide Meet

Well after last years Gull Lake meet we want to set it up again. The idea is to meet in Gull Lake with cruises from Edmonton and Calgary and have a nice little show and a BBQ to celebrate 5 years of the club.

The date is not official but we are looking at September 9th or 16th and we are looking for help in bringing BBQs/hibachis or something to cook food so people are not taking off on food runs all the time.

So please post up ideas, comments and the like and we will finalize the details.

The date is set for Sunday September 16th, with Calgary people meeting at the McKnight Tim Horton's between 11-11:30 am with planned arrival at Gull Lake for 1pm

I say do it sooner than later. Alot of people, like myself, go back to University in September and it makes it tough for us to make it out. Not to mention the weather sucked a fat last year and really hinderd the meet.

I suggest something at the end of August and possibly some other visually appealing location.

I'm in Phoenix from Aug 31 - Sept 9 so hopefully it does not fall on a day during that time. I really want to make it out to this one because I missed last year's.

Just to let everyone know, although we would like to accommodate everyone it just isn't possible. Also, the reason for being early September is there is a lot going on in August including 2 other shows in Alberta. When we set it up last year we wanted to pick a date that we could use ongoing.

Just want to make sure there's no hard feelings and I hope we can see lots of people out.

its not the two shows in alberta you gotta worry about its GCVW. its the weekend of the 21st or so, so anything after that should be fine, but those heading out to that i doubt will want to make a trip the following week.
