WTB : 18" or 19" rims/rubber

Ok i have decided to go ahead get some 18 or 19's to replace the 17's i have now

So if anyone has any kicking around that they might be selling or know of any good ones around please let me know. I would like them to be grey or gun metal with a crome lip but im willing to look at anything as long as it would look good on a black mkIV jetta.
Or if anyone see's any killer deals on new ones around town give me a shout.

Also would consider trades if anyone is interested in my 17's

contemporary has a big sale on all axis wheels right now if you go down you can get some Hiros in 18 or 19 they look awesome in person..

i was hoping to be around the 1500$ range for rims+rubber but those in 19's would look smoking..

its hard to find everything for 1500 bucks unless you get a set used.

If i went with 19's instead of 18's would it look better since i dont plan on dropping the car down for a little while yet?

I know if i go down there and see them and like them i wouldnt be able to keep myself from pulling out the good old visa

Actually I would say 19's might look worse than 18's at stock height...

18s for fun... 19s for show.. i feel kinda scared riding around on rubber bands now.. i almost wish i just went with 18s again although 19s look biiiig

Ok well i think i will stick to 18's then and put the extra into suspension and the chip from boy racer (Simon right?)

oh there wasnt any axis wheels left that would fit the mk4

I'd definitely recommend suspension before rims.

yea black w/polished lip looks good on pretty much any car
