I have stock MK7 springs but I also have a set of H&R sport springs I would let go for cheap! They were on a MK7 GTI but I'm guessing they would work on a regular MK7 Golf!

The H&R Springs are just too low for a TDI but the R springs should be good. My front is on GTI springs and it's as low as I want without rubbing, due to the TDI rear suspension being a beam, the rear GTI springs sit too high.
