What's an unmolested DBP with 50k original miles worth?

How far are you willing to go with that "any condition" statement? Are you willing to take a bit of a project?

                              I have a reflex silver 04 r32, 12x,xxx MILES (~200,000km).

good: -Runs and drives fine. H&R street performance coilovers, H&R front swaybar. usb vagcom cable.

bad: -The major thing is that the haldex isn't working. "no communication with haldex controller" is the code, so it could be just the connection, but at this mileage its probably the controller.
                              - lots of small issues, clunky strut mounts, dash trim broken, drivers seat lumbar broken (all the other seats are in excellent condition), cracked bumper and sideskirt (repairable though), overall "meh" paint and body quality.
                              - timing chains haven't been done yet. they aren't rattling or anything, but its probably a good idea to do them anyways.

I've had the car for a while, picked it up for a project, but i went back to school and now i am completely broke. I need the money more than the car, and i have no garage, time or money to fix it.

Good ones seem to be going for 20k, which might be a little ridiculous, but they are pretty rare. I'd be willing to let this one go for maybe 6-7k less than that.

let me know if you're interested at all and i can probably grab some pics.
