WTB: AWD Audi or r32

So I've been looking for a new car. Nothing seems to be peaking my interest as far as kijiji.
I am looking for some AWD, the following things I'm looking for:

-AWD (this is a must)
-Leather seats (Unless it's an r32)
-Heated seats (not a must, but very highly desirable)

Cars I have in mind (In no particular order of preference)
-B5
-B6
-B7
-B8
-R32

I also still have my GLI I could include in the sale. The maximum price I would spend would be 20k, but that would be for a B8 or nutty r32, ideally I would like to spend 13-14k

Sell you my stage 3+ b5 s4. Needs a new feed line and the shifter aligned. But it's cheap.
