For the 2.0, I Recommend just going with a short ram intake. The only thing you will be gaining from the intake will be engine growl, not hp. It will stay cleaner, and is much easier to replace. I might have my short ram in my garage somewhere I'll see if I can find it.
^ yep. I just put in a cold air and no doubt will end up cutting it down to a short ram when it's time to change the filter. You have to take the battery and battery tray out and the bumper off to install the intake and then you have to take your bumper off everytime you want to change your filter. Does flow well though!
JEez man you don't have to take your bumper off if you have you skid plate off! i ran a carbonio carbon fibre cold air and didnt remove the bumper, battery, battery tray at all

To install it I had to take my battery and stuff out and yeah mine sits really snug in the opening on the drivers side. It's easier to just take the bumper right off. Plus I'm at a height where jacking it up to get underneath at the skid plate is just even more of a hassle!
damn man, i just put my filter on and the anti hydrolock section then popped it up through the opening and connected
but i would gone short ram if i had to remove the damn bumper for that haha
If you just want sound you could probably just stick a filter on the end of the maf.
You could do this but make sure the cone has a velocity stack on the inside because if the air is turbulent going through the maf it can cause strange readings. Although rare, it does happen.
