URGENT LF:trailer big enough to load a jetta on for transit

As the title says I need to borrow a trailer for a day to transit my jetta to a new garage for part out.
I can put a deposit down if needed

Uhaul is 50 bucks for a day and if you're smart with the approach with the trailer a low car can get on it.

Yea they are fairly cheep but my issue is rental i haven't been able to pin down whether or not they rent to 18 year olds.

Yup uhaul is definitely the way to go. Try to load the car from a driveway or higher ground of some sort to lessen the approach angle of the ramps for lowered cars. Also make sure the car is raised enough to clear the inner guides (not sure if there is any suspension or tire damage)

i think my front left strut is blown but other then that its all good my car isn't to low so it shouldn't be to big of an issue, but there will be a parts thread on here soon (:

Well i wish i could raise my car as the inner rods do not clear my car and AMA had me waiting for a tow for over 10 hours today. So im gonna have to take my bumper off and my hood and my headlight and drive my car to the garage. Yes i know its risky but its my only way and i have very limited time to get the car stripped before the garage is taken back. Ill post some pics for you guys (:

Did you try a car tow dolly from uhaul? Just remove your bumper and load it up, you should have enough clearance. Much safer than driving.



You can get a ticket for driving without a bumper, another for driving without 2 visible lights from 150m and another for driving a vehicle unfit for road use.
I wouldn't risk it.

All the uhuals were out when i tried yesterday but im gonna go back and get the trailer and find a way to clear the inner rails.
