There are a few on kijiji, but most are asking way to much. Honestly I wouldn't pay more then $6k unless the balanceshaft is done on it as its not a cheap repair. If its not done you will probably have to do it, parts are $1500, labour is anywhere from 10-20 hours depending on where you take it.

Thanks for the heads up. We actually had one, but we just lost it due to an accident. Trying to find a replacement ASAP.

Will consider all B5.5 and B6 Passat wagons gas or diesel. Let me know what you might have, looking to purchase ASAP. Thanks.

That one DJ posted is probably the lowest km at that price you will find. There is a lady up near Edmonton that keeps listing hers with 35k more km's on the clock for around $11k. I get updates on tdi's nightly from kijiji, cheap Passat wagons might come around once or twice a year. Not trying to scare you, just trying to put things in perspective.

I will be in Calgary Friday and Saturday with cash in hand to buy a B5.5 Passat Wagon. Does not have to be diesel. If anyone is thinking about selling I am a serious buyer. Thanks.

Ok, so things didn't work out this weekend and I wasn't able to make a deal on anything. I will be back in Calgary Dec. 31 - Jan. 3 if anyone knows of a wagon for sale or has one. Will also consider B6's. I am a serious buyer with cash in hand. Thanks.
