Looks like its just a LAD5GL ballast. Many cars use them, Chrysler dealerships have some of the best prices on them. Or ebay

Like Onceover suggested, do an Ebay search. You should be able to find one for a good price, best bet is to look for a North american car which uses the same piece. It will be cheaper.
