I am looking to buy a lockable toolbox with 3 or more drawers in good condition and tools. Looking for a good range/amount of tools: sockets, wrenches, screwdrivers, clippers and strippers. pref name brand stuff with warrantys and such

Check out Cash Converters and other pawn shops. Sometimes a good deal can be had. Just make sure you know what the prices are before you go in cuz sometimes prices are the same as buying new.
