Any of you or know somebody that needs a renter something along the lines of a basement suite w/ private entrance? Max. budget $700 including utilities

Did tonnes of search on kijiji and rentfaster and nothing that really fits my criteria.

Prefer NW close to U of C!

Not sure if you found anything yet, but I saw at least 3 for rent signs in university heights on my way home from work today. Probably renting the whole house. Maybe find a room mate?

Hi Jeff, thanks for the lookout! I found a place just a few days ago and left a deposit on it yesterdaay and also moving in on Sunday! Appreciated though.
