yeah that definitely was me, i live in the s.e and i am always around the shawnessy area! I'm not too sure if i can tell by ur avatar pic there, but do u live around midnapore per chance? i always see a blacked out golf with those nice rims around that area.

and onceover, i can see where u get the idea haha. the headlights are supposed to be like an R32 style i guess. at least thats what the guys down at concept1 were telling me haha

No, I live in the SW (Bridlewood) and I dont have my rims on yet but I am always in the Shawnessey plaza area and thought I have seen you a few times now. You would know if you saw me because on my front euro plate

Having a R32 in the garage I know what the headlights look like and I have to say it but I dont see how the look similar. Regardless, in the end its your car and you have to be happy with it and what mods you do. Who cares what others think.

^^^ Nothing could be more true. This is why I never posted ANYTHING on vortex until I got my .:R. For some reason they appreciate those in stock form. I can just imagine what would happen if I posted pics of my old TDI lol

Vortex is just a place for internet bullys! Lots of good info but the mk4 forum is horrible. Some of the cars on there have a lot of good mods done and get bashed by stupid teens that have mommy and daddys mastercard. In the end you need to still love your car. If you keep it clean and oemish you will be good. But that's my opinion.

So far your car is looking really good.

haha yeah Vortex looks very... how can i put it haha, intimidating i guess. any ways yeah, i got a different thread going for things i would like to do to my city(lowing, de-badging, some other things.) check it out if u guys like. i really appreciate all the comments!

as for the stock headlights, i don't see any reason why i should sell them as i have really no other use for them. don't worry Diggler, your the first on my list. ill let u know when I'm selling. (should be in a week or so, just having some little issues with the new lights that i need to fix)
