hmm, not too sure. From what i understand, if i get used ross-tech i have to register the software for 99$... and i assume the ebay cable is the same? If so, then i guess it would not matter much to meComment

You only need to register the used Ross-tech cable if you want tech support. The dongle to activate the software available on their website is built into the cable.Jeff
